Questions about your order
After you have placed your order and it has been shipped, you will receive an email with an order confirmation. Please check your spam folder in case you have not received an email. If you cannot find an email in your spam folder, please contact us at contact@mycena-olivenoel.com
How do subscriptions work?
How subscriptions work
Subscriptions are automatically renewed according to the delivery interval you choose and the products are automatically delivered by the store after each successful renewal.
For example, if you have a monthly subscription, the system will automatically charge your credit card every month and you will automatically receive your shipment according to the delivery interval.
Can I pause or cancel a subscription?
Yes, of course. You can pause or cancel your subscription at any time in the customer portal, as shown in the screenshot below. The only time the subscription cannot be canceled is if you have a subscription that requires a certain number of payments before you can cancel.
The customer portal is accessible via the magic link you received in the email when you placed your first subscription order in the store. You can also access your subscriptions when you create an account in the store.
How can I skip or postpone a payment?
You can skip or postpone payment in the customer portal. Next to each scheduled delivery there is a "Skip Payment" button that allows you to skip payment. You can postpone payment by clicking the "Postpone" button next to the delivery date.
Can I add products to my subscription?
Of course. You can add products to your subscription in the customer portal. Simply click the "Edit" button in the product card and edit, remove or add products to your subscription.
What happens if the payment cannot be processed?
If your subscription cannot be renewed because a payment cannot be processed, you will receive an email with a link to securely update your payment method.
How long does delivery take?
The delivery time in Germany is on average 2 to 4 working days. The delivery time within the EU is on average 2 to 8 working days. Please contact us for delivery times outside the EU at contact@mycena-olivenoel.com
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs within Germany are EUR 5.99. Shipping within Germany is free for orders over EUR 49. Shipping within the EU costs EUR 8.99 up to 3 KG and EUR 12.99 up to 10 KG. We ship worldwide. Please contact us for shipping costs outside the EU at contact@mycena-olivenoel.com
Questions about returns
We are of course sorry that you want to return our Mycena organic olive oil. Returns are of course possible. When returning the product, please make sure that it is unopened and undamaged.
