Ingredients:
- 4 large organic tomatoes
- 2 organic cucumbers
- 1 large organic onion
- 5 tbsp Mycena organic olive oil
- Juice of 1 organic lemon
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 hard-boiled organic eggs
- Organic tuna fillet in a jar
- Organic olives (optional)
Preparation:
Wash the tomatoes and cut them into small cubes.
Peel the cucumbers and also cut them into small cubes.
Peel the onion and chop finely.
Place the sliced tomatoes, cucumbers and onions in a large bowl.
In a small bowl, mix the Mycena organic olive oil with the lemon juice.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Pour the dressing over the vegetable mixture in the large bowl.
Stir gently to mix everything well and distribute the dressing evenly
distribute.
Decorate with tuna, boiled eggs (quartered) and olives as desired.
This typical Tunisian salad is very refreshing and is often served as
Eaten starter.
