Ingredients:
- 500 g organic carrots
- ½ tsp harissa paste (alternatively harissa powder)
- 4 organic garlic cloves
- 1 tsp coriander and 1 tsp caraway
- 4 tbsp Mycena organic olive oil
- 1 hard-boiled organic egg
- Salt
- Organic tuna fillet in a jar
- Organic black olives as desired
Preparation:
Peel the carrots, cut into pieces and cook in water until soft for about 30 minutes. Drain and puree.
Finely chop the garlic or press it through a press. Add salt, cumin, coriander and 4 tbsp Mycena organic olive oil to the puree and mix well. Chill for approx. 30 minutes. Garnish with organic egg (quartered), organic olives and organic tuna.
