Salade Ommek Houria

Ingredients:

  • 500 g organic carrots
  • ½ tsp harissa paste (alternatively harissa powder)
  • 4 organic garlic cloves
  • 1 tsp coriander and 1 tsp caraway
  • 4 tbsp Mycena organic olive oil
  • 1 hard-boiled organic egg
  • Salt
  • Organic tuna fillet in a jar
  • Organic black olives as desired

Preparation:

Peel the carrots, cut into pieces and cook in water until soft for about 30 minutes. Drain and puree.

Finely chop the garlic or press it through a press. Add salt, cumin, coriander and 4 tbsp Mycena organic olive oil to the puree and mix well. Chill for approx. 30 minutes. Garnish with organic egg (quartered), organic olives and organic tuna.
